• Bachelor of Science Degree in Business, Finance, Technical or other related area.
• 2 years of business development experience in specialty chemicals, food, confectionery, baking, pharmaceutical, personal care, industrial or agricultural industries.

• This position primarily focuses on gathering and analyzing data on synergistic businesses looking for growth opportunities through locating new technologies and possible acquisition targets.
• The qualified candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communications skills with strong interpersonal and presentation skills. Strategic thinking and a high level of organization to manage priorities and deadlines are required.
• The ideal candidate will have the ability to establish and develop business relationships with senior executives.
• This position requires up to 50% travel as needed both domestically and international.
